I am eating a pudding right now and you will be glad to know it is gluten free and I know that because the container has "GLUTEN FREE" in really big letters on it and I am really glad my pudding doesn't have any gluten in it since gluten is bad for you

no glutens are proteins formed when you crush wheat seeds or the seeds of similar plants into powder and mix it with a water which allows two separate proteins from the seeds to combine which may make you wonder why anyone would expect them to be in a pudding but there you go
