spoilers, I guess.
>>1484028Saya no Uta, right?
It's got some real weak points to it.
For example, Yoh who Saya turns into Fuminori's sex slave on the not-worst storylines is so fucking obvious from the very beginning. The first time I'd see her I knew that would happen, even if all I knew about the story was that in Fuminori's condition Saya is the only thing that seems human. It's obvious because she's got breasts that Saya doesn't and you've just got to fill that need too.
Next is the order of the endings. The one where humanity is saved is clearly the best one in terms of story. On the 'true' end, you'll have an alien take over a planet and nothing else matters. On the second ending, you have a pair of heroes who saved the world from a madman who was preparing an alien invasion. One of the heroes dies and the other goes mad having looked into the abyss and keeps a firearm in his bathroom for a quick escape. It's pretty clear this ending is the most entertaining of them all.
Another weak point is the writer just not having balls to destroy all of humanity even if that's clearly what happens. Saya's supposed to be superintelligent and save every piece of human media and science with her mass transformation, but that honestly just seems like a lazy excuse. "Oh it's not that bad even if humanity is destroyed this alien remembers all the books and stuff so it's all safe". If you're going to write a doomsday story, fucking burn it all. There's more emotion to the loss than to the preservation of culture.
Also Saya requiring Fuminori's semen to understand human biology is just stupid. First off she's only going to understand the genetic structure of males only, and second she's only getting half of the data with each sperm cell. Saya should've just bitten one of his fingers off and be done with it.
And the BGM didn't leave any kind of impression on me. It was just boring.
Wasn't such a bad read though, it could've been better. Wasn't a waste of time either.
