From hatred, lust, rudeness, ALL BADE THINMGS
THEN you consider not eating or drinking from the set to the dawn! you do that to feel those who got no food or water, to know your limit, to appreciate the blessings you have everyday!
You need to be loving, say nice things to people you love, forgive those, apologize to these, remind your loved ones that you love them..
have time with God, talk with the Absolute Entity and God will hear you, have lone times with the loving God that gave you life <3 it's the month of appreciation and kindness
