Chòu biǎo zi. First tone mark is pronounced quickly and abruptly, like you're stomping your foot down. Second tone mark is a dip; your voice starts at a moderate pitch, gets low, and goes back to moderate.
Chòu biǎo zi means stinking whore/stinking bitch, an excellent descriptor of xi jin ping
