based and based&redpilled went out of style in 2017 but was brought back ironically by some people in 2018 cause anyone saying unironically at that point was kind of a cringe newfag. i rarely use it but when i do its ironic, or just because im too lazy to formulate a response but want to reply to let you know i find something cool or i agree. keyed sounds fine though, i wont use it because i dont use internet memespeak unironically. oh and lefties adopted based and pepe and what not later on, idk when exactly but i think people like destiny, vaush, and hasan had something to do with it.
