look at a picture of nazi high command. all of them are thirties or above, one or two are bald, many have receding hairlines but almost all have hair

Topical fin works great. I have only gone through like 30 pills in the first year compounding it myself. For context if I took it as prescribed I'd have to take one pill a day orally, so 300 something pills by now. Albeit my hairless was never that bad, just a fivehead. But my hairline is basically balding in reverse, little blonde hairs at first and then the area thickens up and the hairless area ahead of it sprouts the little blonde hairs and so on. The whole process has a fun Dr.Jekyl feel to it, experimenting on yourself and whatnot.
