No, it definitely isn't considered to be one of the worst.

I think tomb raider is one of those games where people cannot decide on which is the best in the series, if you look at top 10 lists, the games are in completely different places on every list. I see most people saying 2 or 3 were the best.

Also everyone hated tomb raider chronicles but I really liked it.

I'll take your word for it I'm too lazy to look it up. I really enjoyed Last Revelation tho. Still working on Legends but it seems pretty good too
