From there the youtuber starts getting a considerable amount of trannies in their fanbase, and trannies love to convert others to their religion since it's just about 100% of their life and growing their numbers legitimizes them, especially a bigger name with a following which already support them by proxy of similar political views.
From there I'd guess the discord phase starts and gradually more and more of the youtubers friends are in the lgbt community and he get evangelized the gospel of how transitioning solves everything with loads of positive reinforcement from all the other lgbt members in his community and it goes from there.
