Well I haven't searched blackpill stuff but I used to be like that before I started medication for OCD. It's fucking exhausting and I know exactly how you feel. SSRI meds helped me immensely with OCD thoughts.

I stopped taking any pills because i prefer dealing with it naturally i guess, but it does make it a lot tougher. My ocd also makes me obsess over my dick so i measure my dick a lot too

i used to be lean and have a nice jawline but over the last 2 years i gained weight and now my chin and jaw is soft and undefined.
