all of anime is supposed to be japanese until not stated differently, but is normal that that there is an heavy admixure with euro features in anime, more than big eyes (a characteristic of some japanese too) is due to the hair amd eye different colors, you actually see a lot of main girls with black long hairs because of the japanese beauty ideal, look up yamato nadeshiko. So yeah if an europeam watches anime he thinks that they show them, and a japanese thinks the opposite, only poc are really diferentiated well on anime (btw western males have usually defined noses)
