ok so im in slight trouble

i have a friend who i know very well
and a discord with 700 people, as well as a website with 5000

this friend, let's call him Dan, uses TeamViewer
he has full control over my main PC, as I am on vacation and only have a laptop

if i attempt to break contact, he will destroy all my accounts, data, website and Discord

if i stay with him, he will slowly tear apart the place from the inside

furthermore, he has my address and can get me arrested

how do i break contact with him without losing my shit nor being arrested???

context: he was doing stupid shit and taking my website offline, i threw him out of the discord, then he took over my account and locked down the discord, changed my pc's teamviewer password etc

after unlocking the discord again he started banning everyone who talked about the topic
