We left at like 5am so by the time we boarded the bus to go into the city I was a bit groggy. I'll never forget, 8am or so, bus has parked in downtown somewhere and the very first thing I saw was about that webm exactly. He was just casually strolling down the street.
The whole bus stared and laughed, our teacher said something like "yeah, SF is known for having crazy characters". That afternoon as we walked across the bridge there was a suicide scare. Really left an impression on me.
