Daily Reminder that Aesthetics and being "Shredded" is only for Negros and other nonwhites.

The White Man has always been YOKED and this body type helped us survive the cold and harsh environment of Europe. We needed to pack on muscle and fat to survive the harsh European winters.
Negros and nonwhites on the contrary do not need excess bulk. Negros in their natural state are "Shredded", this body type ideal to survive in the hot and arid African savanna.

There is a reason why all Pro-Strongmen are white, massive, and yoked. This physique brings out the natural brute strength of the White Man, I will teach you how to get YOKED outta' your damn mind.

Diet:
>Homemade Weight Gainer : 100% Whey Protein + Oats + Peanut Butter + Banana + Organic Whole Milk (Drink 2-3 Times a Day)
>Steak (Beef and Bison)
>Chicken
>Fish (Salmon if possible)
>Pork (from Bacon)
>Eggs (Yolk+Whites)
>Whole Milk
>Cottage Cheese
>Butter
>Coconut Oil
>Vegetables
>Sweet Potato
>Rice (steamed)
>Drink at least 1 gallon of water a day

You will eat 5-6 meals a day containing any of these.

Workout Plan:
Buy a Power Rack or a Half-Rack w/Lat Pulldown station
Include a HEAVY day (low reps/sets w/ big weight )
Include a VOLUME day (high reps/sets w/ low weight )
Stretch for at least 10 min. before lifting weights.
