>>14970798A simulation can account for all of the possible other outcomes but the other outcomes cannot account for each other. Therefore a simulation is the most likely outcome.
Furthermore given our current understand of technological possibilities of a simulation being created a simulation is in fact possible.
We can test for a simulation based on our understanding of what to expect if we were in a simulation.
1) observer/observed interactions. If we can measure something does that something change effect if it is observed and does it remain in a state of possibilities if unobserved. See research in the double slit experiment and wave function collapse
2) when observing the "stuff" we are made of and going smaller and smaller to the root of interactions do we e
see a base reality of on/off interactions, binary data processing? If information base reality?
If a simulation if possible to create in base reality then given enough time and expanse of universe a simulation being created becomes probable. If a simulation is probable to create then the likely hood we exist within one also increased exponentially.
A simulation means all realities are possible, including being switched off or running to an end point.
Perhaps it's all real, perhaps we are in a conscious simulator, young conscious creations run through a program to test interactions amongst other conscious entities. If your conscious plays nicely you are advanced to a higher level where your consciousness can be trusted with greater freedom of universal interaction, improved manipulation of a simulated reality around you (heaven?). If your conscious does okay but you have more to learn perhaps (reincarnation) and if you are a nasty little shit to everyone (hell) perhaps they are all conscious trainers which we can move fluidly through based on it actions within the place we are?
