If you didn't outsource all your factory jobs to Choina then you could have people working in small towns. Now people are forced to work service jobs. Also immigrants and homes becoming an investment is contributing to the problem.
Again, these problems wouldn't exist had you not outsourced jobs, made homes an investment, replaced population and installed service economy
