anyway i was half right. it says 我太酷了 which is "i'm so cool" in chinese according to google translate. turns out the middle characters are the same as the japanese ones, but his handwriting is so bad i thought they were completely different. it's not just sloppy either, mistakes of incompetence that greatly effect readability, so i'm 90% sure that it's some baka gaijin who typed "i'm so cool" into google translate and scribbled the result on the wall rather than someone even learning the language
