its just weird for someone to outta nowhere say how happy family they have, but nothing special to complain, also people do not appreciate if they dont feel how it is without certain thing, unhappiness is always wrong state but after some time happiness quickly evolves into normality

The exception to this is very modern parents IE the zoomers parents. Parents in my age range...unfortunately spoiled their kids and it's caused them to be ungrateful for the things they have.
There's lots of reasons but really it's all the same crap. Zoomer parents didn't want to watch their kids grow into their own people. They just wanted to virtue signal through them.
