Would you call the cops on neighbors sitting in their car playing music loud enough that vibrates your windows at 1:15AM? Or would you let it slide and do something to distract yourself? They're 3 house down so I can't imagine how their next door neighbords must feel.

I just moved in to this neighborhood so if I call the cops it would be mighty suspicious who it was, especially if they've been doing this forever with no issues.
