Well I usually eat eggs for breakfast, about four either scrambled or boiled, with bacon/ham and cheese. Then for lunch I eat whatever soup we happen to have and two or three slices of cake for dessert. And for supper it usually varies, either a large steak with a decent portion of chips and something extra like dried tomatoes, or about three mid-sized hamburgers but I don't find them as satiating, or maybe I'll order a pizza. Inbetween I eat biscuits dipped in tea if I get hungry, and I usualy do, and fruits but those tend to only make me hungrier.
