I have a stilted opinion of diaspora blacks ever since me and my pa did some house painting for one family and they got sticky with the payment.
I remember they had two kids who were watching a video on how to prepare fried chicken whilst eating watermelon downstairs. The mother was listening to some tribal music or something. Felt like I stepped into a parody when I entered the house.
