Do you soak your lentils for 2-12 hours? I just read doing this activates amylase in the lentils which help break down the complex carbs in them. It's said to make the lentils easier to digest, I'm wonder if it also makes it easier for your body to absorb the nutrients in lentils too?
I'm feeling better by the way! Still not 100% though
