They are perpetually late, over budget and missing deadlines. Trusting an Italian to show up for a meeting on agreed time is pointless. They do not care about their work. They constantly have to be pushed to do their job and they have zero professionalism. Their work ethic does not exist. Im sure there isn't even a word for work ethic in the Italian language.
