As for what I've seen, I really don't know honestly as I used to binge watch the fuck out of gore videos and watched every infamous video out there I read in the websites comments. You used to be able to find horrifying shock videos in a single website. Shockchan hosted most of the "mainstream" videos.
I'll just give you two interesting answers no one here probably knows about. I've never seen the videos but their real : Gorecore. Essentially, you ever seen those wacky guro pictures like playfully brutalizing a girl like tossing them around or piercing their skulls or whatever stupid brutal shit you can think of; well that's essentially what this British professor did to a little girl after fucking her. Think Daisy's Destruction but actual fucking obliteration. Apparently it's a cp sub genre called "hurtcore". Never seen but an anon watched it before and told me everything about it in detail including some screenshots of the background and mess they made (not the actual act).
