What are the political implications of the internet being much more stifled than used to be?
Does anybody else notice this? It's become even more anti-social despite the billion ways to connect.
It's hard to articulate, but it's like the nanny culture really got into people's heads. What's up with "no profanity" everywhere? Are we not adults? Today it seems we make the internet with kids in mind but when it first started it was kids who were limited to the internet. So now if I want to make an adult discord group it will be removed from the community public lists if there's too many "bad words". <- why are we creating this? Got rejected from a damn birdwatching group when I had a legit question about a location of a nest because "you didn't answer the questions correctly" .. lol like we are losing the human side so much and so fast these teens today don't know what they're missing. You walk by someone today and kindly say hi and they look like they're gonna have a stroke lmao wtf that isn't normal we are social beings.
