Pic related, the second Ratchet and Clank game

Best to play them 1,2,3,4. In order. The first game hasn't aged quite as well as the others but if you play it first you won't mind and you get to see how characters progress and the mechanics improve.

I'm actually so passionate about these games.

It's basically "everybody said they liked arena combat so here's more arena combat: the full length game"

They do a good job balancing it out with vehicle missions, boss battles, unique enemies. Actually, enemy progression in that game is amazing and the way your weapons scale around them is downright perfect.

Anyway, it's easy to find good games for PS2 mate, just search on the internet, you will find only good shit. Now i'm trying to remember something else, like i dunno, Devil May Cry, Crash Twinsanity, Resident Evil 4, Monster Hunter.. The same thing applies to PS1: top notch games all over. The Crash Bandicoot trilogy (not that nsane shit), Pacman, Tekken, Spyro, Medievil.. It really depends on what games you're searching.

Boii you are in for a looong run! Don't drop it on the beginning though, you will see that as the game progresses you'll have more things to do. Anyway is not so hard when you learn the curves imo.. Anyway, i think that Final Fantasy is too much overrated nowadays, but most of the fandom could agree with me when i say that the franchise is dead, at least for veterans. The only one i wanted to play eitherway was FF7 Crisis Core because just like you i thought that the main game was good so i gave a chance on that spinoff... And surprisingly i finished to like Zack a lot more instead of Cloud.
