Back in 2006, people hated computer users and faggots who used the internet, because the internet was only for losers and emo kids. Those kids actually had some ability to be entertaining, which is why 4chan was at times, meaning, rarely, entertaining. It was still mostly cancer and shitposting, a bunch of loser faggots trying to get into the circle-jerk.
The reason why 4chan sucks is because the losers of the West changed from computer nerds to fucking edgy political faggots and ugly transgender monsters. The computer nerds got mainstreamed into popular culture and they didn't have to hide on this shithole website.
Without the computer losers, there were only total losers with no redeemable skills. These faggots created terror organizations or gay clown monster insanity cults, and since there were no pseduo-legitimate people left on this website capable of contesting these faggots, their echo chamber of "be a shemale" or "be a terrorist" didn't have any opposition and it grew out of control like a cancer.
I was around back then, and even 4chan was insufferable cancer with very little to enjoy. You were like panning for gold in a river like child laborers in an artisanal gold mine along some Brazilian river. There's very little gold, but lots and lots of cancer.
12chan was actually a legitimate group of people, but 4chan was just every faggot loser coming to put on their Guy Fawkes mask and stroke their e-peen with their edge and proto-supremacy that came to define the successor "White nationalist" cancers.
