If you start to feel really sick tomorrow go and get some specific meds for the sickness so that you are not in absolute misery during this period. The blankets should be find for cozying up and watching some anime mate. Keep your fluids up drink some water and if I may suggest some cedar tea for the fever. it should not last long hopefully
