You can only change /bant/ by giving it new material to work with, and if those materials are actually better then what was before they'll talk about that instead, but if it's just pretentious shit, it'll be saged and ignored. Talking about how to "fix /bant/" is pointless armchair whining which is worth less than the lowliest anime thread.
