It's basically built with the same globohomo building materials, just a slap of concrete stacked together with some steel frames, shaded tin and water resistant wood to give it some colour and some rocks stacked together. The inside of the house looks cold and soulless and the only way to make it look better is by going out and buying overpriced furniture and other shit to make it look less shit than it already is. The price of this house alone would be 10x more than what it cost to built only because there is a lot of yard space.
Houses like these alone have an expiry date too, concrete and wood disintegrates overtime. I'd give this house 50-75 years (roughly the span of 1 human lifetime) before it becomes unlivable due to instability of infrastructure. Like most shit been built these days, they aren't been built to last.
