Neither. Not our problem. Kurdistan is not a country so NATO can't invoke Article 5 to defend Turkey. And even if Kurdistan was a nation and was in dispute with Turkey most members would not spill blood for Turkey.

High inflation is nothing new. 90s had it so did 70s and 60s. Turkey goes in cycles.
Argentina also has a fucked up economy but it is stable political wise.

Heh sure but I think the reason of not funding is has to do with refugee crisis before.
If this was 2005-2010 we might have a civil war. I think post libya-syria-afghan debacle made people more reluctant to fund it.

I think Kurds get funded enough. But it will take more than funding to have a civil war, all out bombing/embargo doubt any non Western Nation is capable for doing that yet.
I personally think Turkey is a lost cause but it will fall due to Climate Change. EU is currently taking precautions against that, not for Turkey of Erdo but turkey of 2040.
