>>15135672I really enjoyed One Hundred Years of Solitude, 465 days at Majdanek, A World Apart (by Grudzinski) and probably my all time favourite - Five years of concentration camps by Grzesiuk.
I don't recall reading anything as good as these over the course of past 5 years or so, 1984 was quite an overhyped letdown and Nothing New on the Western Front is cool and all but nothing beats true story from first hand.
