It's been like this for at least a month now. I was trying to figure out if I have grown completely immune to hearing polish white noise but no - Ukraine people just simply talk more. I hear it everywhere, on streets, in trams, in supermarkets, churches. Trams are best examples because people usually stay quiet in those but not foreigners for some reason. I assume it's because they travel as a family or are thrilled to meet more people that can also speak in that language but c'mon, it's kinda weird.
