Israel and Palestine should be a single country, with equal rights for all Jews and Palestinians. They should rename it the holy land. There should be some sort of truth and reconciliation commission that gives people reparation in the form of training, subsidised investments, scholarship and grants to start businesses.
The country should have great relations with Europe and the US; and with the Islamic/Arabic world, it should be the gate way of Europe to the Middle East.
The Sheikhs and Rabbis should declare a fatwa/ruling that Islam and Judaism are the same religion. That is, that monotheistic Judaism is a valid interpretation of previous messages sent by prophets to Israel; and that Islam is a valid Noahide religion for the the Gentiles and that they both worship the same God, refer to the same books and prophets and thus are compatible sects. Hebrew and Arabic should be co-official and Hebrew should be tended to a more Yemenite or Archaic register which is more compatible with Arabic, rather than this weird french/german sounding dialect we have today.
Religious sites should be shared between communities, a Jew is permitted to pray in a Mosque; and a Muslim can pray in a synagogue.

It will never happen, but its the only way.
