After soijaks became popular and the board started gaining some popularity and infamy as the troll/shitposting board, it was only a matter of time before trannies started ruining everything by bringing politics etc. into the ecosystem. The transphobia was greatly inspired by /tv/. The rest is history.
I will say that /bant/ is very much different from /qa/. Despite bearing the name "random", most of the threads on here are very predictable since it's just a handful of people talking about their lives or whatever. /qa/ wasn't like that, the closest thing it had was doomtranny. I guess the reason so many moved here instead of s4s was because that board is nannied by a retard mod that hates /qa/.
