Cities should be filled to the brim with highrise apartments and everywhere else should be farms and ranches to support the cities
That would be advancement to pic related. Highrise building cities would lead to huge population growth. Huge population equals progress. Trying to
combat population growth and limit it is counter to progress
You can only get huge populations if you pack people into ginormous concrete jungles of high rise apartments and use the suburb land in conjuction with current farm/ranch land for feeding the huge population
simple maths. more people= more ideas = more inventions = more progress
suburbs severely hinder any progress
