some tips:
use a mod called HPM because it makes the game so much better
promote intellectuals and clerks
in the first years build factories based on the RGO output of the provinces (if the province has lots of coal, build factories that use coal), then allow capitalists to build factories
use huge stacks of troops to defeat enemy troops and then when you completely wiped out the enemy army you should start conquering provinces
dont go over 24 infamy
