they're just absolute, gender neutral terms to say whether it's a bad or good thing that they feel manly/girly
for example any cis person would likely say that wearing makeup "feels girly," but that could be a good thing or a bad thing. on the other hand a ftm would just say makeup makes them feel gender dysphoria while a mtf would say it makes them feel gender euphoria
the confusion might come from the fact that my original post has a cis woman saying she feels "gender euphoria" which is something that no cis person would ever say without picking up the vocabulary from trans friends. the post could read
