> Time travel being introduced ruined the setting of yuru yuri to me. It is fake depth. They've taken an entry level SoL anime and have introduced concepts that the writers have no business dealing in. In episode 11 of season 1 Akari going back in time to stop herself becoming irrelevant has opened an entire can of worms they will never address again, yet have huge implications for the rest of their subsequent releases. Does that mean yurus can go back in time? Does that mean that there are multiple timelines in yuru yuri? What does canon even mean in a series anymore when you introduce multiple demensions, time splits, and what about potential paradoxes? Yuru yuri overreached and in doing so collapsed the entire foundation of their shitty show. 0/10 I don't think I will be watching anymore.

It was addressed at the end of the episode it was discovered that kyoko had made the entire thing up after watching a movie. The girls of yuru yuri were just watching a presentation (which is what we were watching as well). Also it was in episode 11 season 2. Not episode season 1.
