i'm scared of leaving 4chan, i haven't talked to anyone in two years and i have literally no social life except with my parents, i know that leaving this place will help me a bunch but believe it or not i'm scared of clearing my history and saying goodbye to this place and going outside. reason why is because i spend all day here, this is my only communication with the world, and even when i'm playing games i browse here. i've also become extremely sensitive and mentally weak with no confidence now and i can't handle this place anymore, all the arguing, insulting, and negative stuff here is really bad for me on top of not having talked to anyone in 2 years i can't handle this place or society anymore.
