Anon what makes someone white?

Is it their European origin or can also be someone white that has white skin but isn't from Europe?

I am fighting to what I can order myself. I was born in Europe, but my roots are from Turkey. I have pale skin am rather tall (182cm) and don't feel like that I would call my self brown or what not what am I?

(pls no funny comments like being a cockroach or what not)
