My school was good, so I would lay low until gradeschool or midschool or something, to let my autistic self roam free while goofying around with classmates, get along with teachers (cause they were cool), experiencing relationships at an early age, and, obviously, fuck, both a milf and a couple of my young classmates. After that, i would invest my highschool in getting better grades than before (which would be ezpz anyways) to get better scholarship opportunities. Aside from academics, I would focus developing new skills or polishing the ones I couldn't; working out and practicing some sports (i liked swimming a lot) will also be useful, maybe start streaming as well. Finally once school finishes, I would still choose study a career, but won't waste years nor money on failing medschool, so I have two options: First one is getting into creating content (youtuber, vtuber, streamer, whatever) while doing engineering. It'll be easier since that's my current profession lol, but I stil need my carton. After that going for a master's degree or a second career (like architecture) or maybe make a business. Second option is getting busy with architecture first, and since I already have knowledge on engineering, I'd be able to design stuff with that into mind, so I wouldn't worry too much about getting an engineer's approval. It's not like my country regulates that shit too much but whatever lol
Now, if you mean that I got back to being a 3 yo in the current year and not some sort of time travel, then I'm fucked.
