This is a physics problem but you should just find the density of an average boob and then divide weight/density.

A boob is mostly fat some muscle underneath, assuming she's not a troon or bench presses, 1 lb of fat takes up 2.3 cups of space. 10 lbs, 23 cups. A lot of variables are unknown, width, length and I have no knowledge on specifics of bra sizes. I do know that d cup breasts weigh about 9-12 pounds, so you could reasonably assume she wears a d cup.

Female body density 1.048 g / cm^3

Which is 0.002204 * 1.048 lb / cm^3
Multiply to get 0.002309 lb / cm ^3

Divide 5 lbs by 0.002309 = 2165 cm ^3

Assuming the breast is a dome. 2165 cm ^3 = 2/3 pi r^3
= 2165 3/(2pi) = r^3
= 1033 cm^3 = r^3

We want to find the height of the dome, which will just be the radius. So get the cubed root of that which is 10.11 cm which translates to around 4 inches high. Bust size is measured by the difference between bust size and band size so we need to estimate what her bust size and band size is.
