you can also just draw traditionally and digitize your artwork with a scanner, a good one will cost you less than a tablet, and i dont really know a lot about wacom's other products outside of intuos pro and cintiq, but dont rush into it and buy some cheap crap cause that'll just end up backfiring and making you lose money, and if you ever decide on intuos pro you can just buy the small one since with the relative mode you barely need to move your hand anyways
