So, I've been thinking, /bnat/. About the reason why one 'jak in the log is considered a spamming/flooding thread. Now it actually makes sense to me, after having previously considered it unfair.
Whenever a 'jak is posted, others follow. Just as a single spark can cause a fire, a single 'jak thread can cause a flood of 'jak posting on the 'log; specifically due to the nature of onions-quoting and how easy it is to spread since most of the content is just copying the post someone else made and quoting it with a related 'jak.
In order to combat this, it's nipped in the bud before the situation gets out of hand.
