creators.tf due to a discord fight resulting in tf2's source code being leaked but it's not known if there's any particular entity hosting the majority of the bots.
However the entity hosting the majority of the bots is probably the redditors/discord folks from creators (now uncletopia) though, they genuinely think they're doing the right thing by forcing people into their networks, I would definitely do the same thing if I were in their shoes
