what is your favorite pasta dish banters?
my standby is linguine and clam sauce, but my favorite is spaghetti carbonara after trying it in europe last year.

when I go to eat at this italian place the meals are always weirdly named so I can't remember it outside of it being a varient of spaghetti.
Italian food is bomb though, they have this certain tech to it that makes me want more of their secret recipes

i'm no expert, but pasta carbonara is at the top, most of the others i'd reccomend are ones you'd have heard of in the states like linguine and clam sauce, shrimp scampi, fettuccine alfredo, and the like.
you should definitely try caprese salad however, but it's a bit more rare to find in the states.

wouldn't it be nice to learn how to cook the dishes yourself so that you can make italian food when you get the urge to try it. I think that would be a good idea for the future

Throwing the pork down on a pan and letting the natural fat of the meat cook is good for the overall dish plus adding all that to the pan.

researching and replicating foods i liked is a pretty rewarding hobby.
one of the best attributes of it, however, is not being restricted to what restaurants have to offer nearby me if i get a particular food craving.
definitely try carbonara if you can, it's a really rich and creamy dish you will not regret, right up there on the bucket list with trying authentic ramen.
