For things to actually change, you have to abolish affirmative action. This is the greatest barrier to solving the issues. All Elites are constrained to these stupid legal requirements, which has corrupted their corporate structures as well through HR departments, as well as universities were forced to accept this or face pressure from the government which led to the establishment of the dominance of "woke" professors. Initially University heads and companies pushed against this, because they realized affirmative action is bad for business, now businesses do whatever suits them best within the realm of what is allowed, so they must adopt this through legal precedent. The problem has gotten worse because many aspects of this now the middle-level managers believe in and support the affirmative action programs (and they are hired because they are the ones that can best protect the companies/universities against lawsuits.)
People need to make repealing affirmative action the most important topic they care about, the rest will solve itself after.
