>>15324592because in the places where the local dominant religion used to have power, the reigns of power were seized by governments and corporations, who could wield that power far more efficiently and effectively
think about it
the West removed the reigns of power from the Church, and the West has the most "real force" relative to anywhere else in the world
China eliminated any and all religions from having power, and they're now a force to be reckoned with, even if they're not yet anywhere near our level
conversely, two places where religion still wields a great deal of power - Africa and the Middle East - are probably the two weakest areas in terms of military power
Arabs cannot fight modern wars; they can fight insurgencies just fine, but that's not the same thing as having great force or power
similarly, Africans also cannot fight modern wars
you might be right in saying Islam is the religion with the greatest amount of what /you/ call "real force", but it's actually Islam which prevents the Middle East from achieving what /I/ call "real force":
read up about why Arabs can't fight; in short, it's because they shirk all responsibility for their actions, as massively fucking up and being wholly incompetent is merely "God's will"
there's no accountability, training is sloppy, everybody has bizarre, medieval, magical thinking about what actions result in victory, because their whole worldview is marred by bizarre, medieval, magical beliefs
faulty premises lead to faulty conclusions
why run combat drills and practice maneuvers?
>God has already predetermined who will die and who will winyou flicked a lit cigarette into a supply truck full of explosives, destroying the truck and supplies, blowing up several buildings, and killing several squads of men?
>God willed it, it could not be avoidedTL;DR what you call "real power" isn't really power in the real world
