It's hard. I've tried being creative for a bit, learning languages, noth speaking and coding for art, but stress from outside things make it a bit hard to come back to the hobbies.

i have a lot of trouble with directing attention towards the thing i want to do instead of letting it shift towards a bunch of sidetracking things
ive found that treating productive hobbies as if theyre chores or necessities that you have to complete that its a little easier to do them, obviously dont do this with something you hate doing but dont allow yourself to drop language studies or development or whatever you choose for a distraction thats easier to waste time with

trying to give yourself a whole new routine from scratch is a total bitch but if you give it a bit of time and keep a record of the goals you want to accomplish with whatever hobby you have then you never run out of things to pursue and develop new skills around
