Give that a thought for a second.
It's like having a processor that already knows what digital signature it needs to produce to run a program. It's as if the "chips" and "hardware" came pre-loaded with memory needed to run "GenericProgram.exe".

Do we already have processors that can "expect" what program is going to be installed and if not, why not?
